A display of beanies made by Australia's leading contemporary textile artists.
'Colourful Yarns' is the Alice Springs Beanie Festival's 2005 competition exhibition. A display of beanies made by Australia's leading contemporary textile artists. There is a narrative theme with many of the works relating to stories from the artists. There will be a special contribution from local indigenous communities, Titjikala and Ernabella.
