Trudy Burney investigates relationships and the foibles encountered in co-habitation in a series of digital works on paper.
Domestic Anxiety portrays a light hearted and universal depiction of domestic life where Ken, Barbie or objects play out different scenarios in a domestic relationship. Images draw on specific reference to her own domestic partnership, including her partner's dramatic solution to her cat's plight and the constant battle for her share of the doona.
