Somewhat Different: Contemporary Design and the Power of Convention celebrates the diversity of function, non-conventional trends, materiality and construction. This international touring exhibition showcases the work of over 100 key German and European designers and in Melbourne features Screen Gown by Australian designers MATERIALBYPRODUCT and ROWAN DINNING. Exhibition opening and launch of Berlin Dayz, the German-Australian Art Festival October 7, 6-8pm. Developed by the Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen (IfA) and presented in cooperation with the Goethe-Institut Australien as part of Berlin Dayz.
