2:30pm - Andrew Ford (composer, writer, and presenter of ABC Radio National's "The Music Show") will be presenting his newly published book: "In Defense of Classical Music".
As well as premier Melbourne performances of his music for percussion (Peter Neville) and voice (Justine Anderson), including the Melbourne premier of Ford's "The Armed Man" and Neville's settings of Emily Dickinson poems for soprano and percussion. With the proud support of Readings Books and Music, Ford's book will also be available for purchase.
